Where are MAEN watches shipped from?
All our timepieces are shipped directly from our warehouse in Sweden. We offer worldwide shipping with reliable couriers to ensure your watch arrives safely.
What is the standard warranty on a MAEN watch?
Every MAEN watch comes with a 2-year international warranty from the date of purchase, covering any manufacturing or mechanical defects.
Can I return my watch if I am not satisfied?
Yes, we offer a 14-day return policy. The watch must be in its original, unworn condition with all protective plastics and packaging intact to qualify for a full refund.
What movements do you use in your watches?
We pride ourselves on quality and precision, which is why we primarily use high-grade Swiss Made movements, such as those from ETA, Sellita, and Ronda.
How do I adjust the metal bracelet on my watch?
Our bracelets feature screw-in links for easy adjustment. We provide a small screwdriver with most models, but we recommend visiting a professional jeweler if you are not comfortable doing it yourself.
Are MAEN watches water-resistant?
Yes, all our models feature water resistance, ranging from 5 ATM for dress watches to 30 ATM for our dive collections. Specific ratings can be found on the product page and case back.
