At MAEN Watches, we want you to be completely satisfied with your timepiece; if you are not, you can return your unworn watch within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange. Please ensure the watch remains in its original condition with all protective plastics and packaging intact.
Initiate Your Request
Contact our customer support team with your order number and reason for return to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) and shipping instructions.
Prepare the Package
Securely pack the watch in its original presentation box and outer packaging, ensuring all warranty cards, manuals, and tools are included to qualify for a full refund.
Ship to Sweden
Affix the provided shipping label or use a tracked courier service to send your package to our headquarters in Stockholm for inspection.
Quality Inspection & Refund
Once our watchmakers verify the condition of the timepiece, we will process your refund or dispatch your exchange within 5-7 business days.
